Job Description

The Assistant Mall Manager supports the overall management and operations of the mall to ensure profitability and smooth day-to-day operations. The role assists in implementing programs that enhance the mall's value while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to continuously visit and patronize the mall's establishments. The position also ensures that company policies, operational procedures, and government regulations are properly followed across all areas of mall operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing mall operations including building administration and property management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and address operational concerns.
  • Monitor tenant sales performance and support initiatives to improve business results.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and events to increase mall traffic.
  • Support administrative and operational functions to ensure efficient mall management.
  • Supervise assigned teams and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and government requirements.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in mall operations, retail management, or property management.
  • Working knowledge of mall operations, tenant relations, and facilities management.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
