Position
▪To plan & coordinate the logistics management of the Philippines.
▪To manage the after-sales-service function by working closely with the local team and Head Office.
Job responsibilities
▪Liaise with Head Office, other countries, warehouse and retail shops to fulfill daily logistics operations
▪Liaise with forwarders, carriers and brokers on import and export shipment and custom clearance
▪Assure the respect of SOP in the warehouse for excellent accuracy of inventory and service lead time
▪Be responsible for license application (i.e. CITES, Certificate of origin, Comprehensive License, Export Notification, etc)
▪Be responsible for ATA Carnet application and shipment handling
▪Be responsible for CITES application and shipment handling
▪Be responsible for monthly logistics report
▪Be responsible for regular and annual inventory count
▪Be responsible for special logistics arrangement for Visual Merchandiser and Marketing Events.
▪Provide solution to all to all departments for any special logistics request
▪Provide assistance in stock take
▪Organize stock destruction
▪Any other duties as assigned by your Reporting Manager
▪Inspection and control of defective articles.
▪Analysis and report to Regional Office
▪Ordering of Spare Parts
▪Checking of repair goods
▪Educating the team on treatment and care of merchandise
▪Sharing of information to teams about special situation on sporadic cases
