Provides interior design deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:
Prepares design concepts, floor plan with furniture layout, 3D renders/views, material
boards; FF&E booklets, ID plans and budget estimate for accessories
Presents concepts, floor plan, 3D renders and material boards to top management for approval
Coordinates with design team, other departments and external ID consultants for request of plans, project brief, marketing brief, clarificatory meetings
Coordinates with contractors and suppliers for projects
Visits on-site and inspects that interior design is implemented based on the approved; prepares site report with photos
Issues site instructions; answers Request for Approval, Request for Information in a timely manner
Sources for readily-available ID finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories
Shops for furniture and accessories and prepares internal documents needed for the project
Conducts styling and accessorizing on-site
Prepares final inventory list of furniture and accessories
Participates in interior design standardization efforts
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor
Qualifications
Licensed Interior Designer
4+ Years work experience in Interior Design field, real estate developer work experience is a plus
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Photoshop
Strength in concept development, space-planning, 3D Modeling, Rendering
Highly creative with excellent presentation/communication skills
