Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant General Manager (Supplier Partner and Operations) located in Makati. The role involves overseeing supplier management, evaluating and developing supplier relationships, managing procurement processes, and optimizing supplier operations. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration with supplier partners, analyzing supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring smooth operational execution to meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and operational workflows
• Experience in Procurement and Supplier Development
• Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Marketing, or any related field.
• Familiarity with luxury furniture or home furnishings is an advantage
