Kredivo is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our finance function in the Philippines. The Assistant Finance Manager reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager. You will be part of a tight small group of highly motivated and experienced individuals, be prepared to stretch yourself by being part of multiple high impact, high visibility initiatives!
Responsibilities:
Actively contribute and support:
- Handling a full set of accounting including audit and tax matters. Ensuring transactions including accruals and provisions are accounted for properly
- Weekly P/L reconciliation to ensure sales, purchases and costs are captured in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with the HQ finance team, ensuring inter-company transactions are accounted for Monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to continuous efforts in process improvements and establish sound internal controls and standard financial/operating procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Accountancy with 3-4 years of relevant working experience, ideally with regional exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Big 4 experience as a strong plus
- Experience with IFRS standards as a strong plus
- Prior regional exposure across ASEAN as a plus
- Prior exposure to financial services as a plus
- Fluency in Filipino and English a must
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and strong database skill
- Agility and resourcefulness to be able to provide support across different Finance tasks
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Proactive with high attention to detail
- Collaborative and keen drive to learn
