Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager based in Pasig. The role involves supervision of financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting. The candidate will assist in managing daily finance and accounting activities while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager will also collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting financial reporting
• Strong background in finance, accounting, admin and HR Functions
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial operations
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus
• Previous experience in the electronics, automation, or test and measurement industry is preferred
