About the Role

Position Title: General Affairs Jr. Section Manager

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections of facilities to ensure optimal performance and early detection of potential issues.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory standards by conducting regular safety audits and implementing timely corrective actions.
  • Facilitates effective vendor management by actively participating in vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering Courses
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

  • With knowledge in facilities operations, preventive maintenance, experienced in vendor coordination, safety compliance, and project execution within commercial or industrial environments.
  • With technical knowledge of building systems and familiarity with safety regulations.
