The Opportunity

As an Assistant Client Executive. This is your chance to become the backbone of a high-performing support function. As you support our Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, you will work side-by-side with seasoned Account Brokers, Managers, and our Divisional Manager. You won't just be handling requests, you will be the engine ensuring seamless service delivery, coordinating complex documentation, and crafting high-level client materials that drive success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to Account Brokers, Managers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy amendments.
  • Prepare professional quotations, reports, and correspondence for clients, insurers, and underwriters.
  • Monitor claims status for timely follow-ups and perform precise premium calculations and allocations.
  • Assist with debtor management and support the team in meeting business budget targets.
  • Prior experience in Workers Compensation is highly advantageous.

Key Criteria


  • A minimum of 23 years of experience in the Insurance Broking Industry is mandatory, including required Australian broking experience.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce) is advantageous. Candidates should be actively working towards appropriate industry compliance certifications (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Insurance Broking Compliance).
  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, robust business acumen, and essential proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and support in developing strong client relationships.

Work Set Up


Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with on-site during probation and once a week after.
