About the Role

Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all building equipment and facilities. Assists the Chief Engineer in developing policies, planning projects, and assessing building operations.

Key responsibilities include Preventive Maintenance Administration, Building Operations Administration, Tenant Management, Facilities Management, and Safety & Security Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8 years relevant work experience and 4 years in building/facilities management
• Knowledge on the technical aspect of building operations and maintenance and applicable laws
