Capital Planning Assistant, Makati

You'll Be Responsible For
Capital Planning and BAU support:
- Support the Capital Spend Financial Review Process (FRP) through data collection, validation, and consolidation.
- Assist in preparing inputs for the annual global and regional capital planning cycles.
- Maintain capital planning trackers, tools, and databases to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
Financial And Performance Monitoring
- Track projects spend against approved budgets, forecasts, and milestones.
- Support quarterly forecast versus actual analysis and variance reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc capital requests, reallocations, and accrual tracking.
Reporting And Governance Support
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for governance forums and OpCo meetings.
- Support maintenance of key documentation such as Capital Planning Blueprints and reference materials.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across all submissions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Finance, Portfolio, Capital Projects, and the Client to gather and reconcile inputs.
- Coordinate information requests and timelines between regional teams and the global function.
Continuous Improvement
- Support identification of capital optimization opportunities through benchmarking and data analysis.
- Assist scenario planning and what-if analysis by maintaining assumptions and datasets.
- Document processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in capital planning controls.
You'll Need To Have
- Background in cost management or quantity surveying.
- Experience in financial, capital, or project reporting roles.
- Experience handling, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex data sets.
- Demonstrated capability in data manipulation and data management.
- Flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
You'll Also Have
- Corporate Real Estate (CRE) experience is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel/financial systems).
- High attention to detail and understanding of governance and controls.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
