DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term consumer awareness and trial generation plans, with strong focus on digital and on-ground activations.
- Support the development of brand strategy, brand architecture, and brand guidelines.
- Lead branding and 5Ps strategies for new categories and brand entries.
- Design and execute a holistic consumer experience across the full marketing funnel, with proper tracking and performance measurement.
- Lead innovation projects from concept development to launch, including financial planning and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as agencies, sales teams, and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields; MBA is an advantage but not required.
- At least two years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, though candidates from agencies, tech, startups, or related industries are welcome.
- Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong growth mindset and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong foundation in FMCG marketing, consumer insights, and consumer experiencedriven decision-making.
- Adept in project management, brand planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Creative, digitally inclined, and knowledgeable in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
