Job Summary: This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG company or food & beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, product development, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership (people management and training) skills.
- Ability to interpret sales data, market research and consumer insights to drive brand decisions.
- Experience managing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functionally and develop big picture strategy to grow brand love
- Ability to be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and scrappy while maintaining company standards to execute excellently
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and work with business partners on new innovations
- Passion for food & beverage trends and innovation.
- Ability to quickly to learn and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and results-oriented thinker
- Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
