Position: Brand Manager
Location: Pasay
Work Schedule: Full Onsite (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
- Strategic Agility - Articulate and paint credible picture and vision of possibilities and likelihoods to create competitive and breakthrough mid to long term strategic plans for the assigned categories. Sees ahead clearly and can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately. Has broad knowledge and perspective of the business and is future oriented
- Business Acumen - Define root cause factors from data, experience and converting that knowledge into timely and actionable decisions.
- Consumer Insighting - Identify knowledge gaps, plan and execute strategic & tactical research, interpret market research, interpret market research results and enrich our understanding of consumer / shopper motivations and behaviors to develop marketing plans that build brand and commercial equity.
- Brand / Product Positioning - Evaluate market segments. current / prospective gaps and opportunities to develop and recommend positioning strategies
- Communications Planning & Execution - Work with partners (both internal & external) to develop integrated multi-channel communications (ATL, BTL, PR, in store) that connects Brand positioning, Communication Strategy and Creative Executions to targeted consumers. This involves development of communications materials and annual media strategy / plans.
- Promotions - Conceptualize, implement & evaluate consumer promotions that are aligned with brand strategy
- Financial Planning - Plan, monitor and analyze brand financial requirements
- Forecasting - Undertake accurate short-and-long-term demand forecasting
- Pricing - Develop and implement pricing strategies and programs for the brand assigned
- New Product Development - Generate new product ideas that build brand value and manage new Product Development
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- Must have at least minimum of 4 years experience in brand management and consumer marketing, etc. from FMCG Industry is an advantage
- Currently serving as a Brand Manager role or equivalent.
- Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Business Analysis, Integrated Communication, Financial Management, New Product Development
- With strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills
- Must be willing to work full onsite Mon - Fri, location FACC, Coral Way Pasay
