Assistant Branch Warehouse In-Charge (Milaor, Camarines Sur)
The Assistant Branch Warehouse In-Charge supports the Branch Warehouse In-Charge in managing the daytoday operations of the branch warehouse. The role ensures proper implementation of company policies and controls, maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with operational standards. This position is also responsible for records management, filing, and document archiving.
As an Assistant Branch Warehouse In-Charge, you will:
- Inventory Record Accuracy
- Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and participate in Van inventory route settlement.
- Product Quality Sustainability
- Monitoring of Bettle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo compliance
- Asset Management
- Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets usability. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposal
- Record Management
- Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance to company standards.
- Other
- Manage various project and task as they arise and upon line manager's request
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing within a sales and distribution environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with safety principles is an advantage.
- Exposure to continuous improvement activities or process enhancements is a plus.
