Job Description

Assistant Bidding Manager, Makati

The project:
Delivers high quality bid support by managing the end to end tender process, translating win strategies into clear, compelling and error free submissions. Coordinates planning, reviews, sign offs and proposal information, ensuring alignment with Mace's brand, objectives and governance while proactively managing risks and supporting the bid lead throughout.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Analyze client objectives, tender priorities and market insights to inform win strategies and bid direction.
  • Coordinate bid planning, meetings, clarifications and progress reporting to ensure a compliant, aligned and highquality submission.
  • Produce, refine and proof compelling proposal content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Capture lessons learned, support continuous improvement and contribute to Mace's netzero ambitions.
You'll need to have:
  • Strong organizational, coordination and stakeholdermanagement skills with a proactive, clientfocused mindset.
  • Excellent written communication, editing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident collaborator able to influence teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and key bid tools degree or relevant professional experience.
