Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accounting Manager, based in Binn, Laguna. The Assistant Accounting Manager will handle day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and overseeing fixed assets. They will assist in financial planning, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and help improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The role also entails supervising accounting staff and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance principles
• Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries (Accounting) and overseeing Fixed Assets
• Excellent Analytical Skills for financial analysis and problem-solving
• Experience with accounting software and the ability to manage and guide accounting teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing or food packaging industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines is a plus
