Position Purpose The Asset Management Team serves as the primary custodian of the organization's physical and digital infrastructure, ensuring that all IT and non-IT assets are tracked, optimized, and protected throughout their entire lifecycle.
Main Activities and Responsibilities- Manage IT and non-IT assets in accordance with existing procedures identify issues and implement solutions.
- Supervise inventory control activities, including regular physical counts.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain system integrity.
- Oversee disposal processes for IT and non-IT assets, including hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC, and DENR regulations.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, IT, Facilities, Finance, and PEZA to ensure proper asset controls are in place.
- Review procedures and recommend improvements for effective asset monitoring.

Qualifications and Typical Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management.
- Preferably with 2-5 years of experience in PEZA compliance and inspections.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, client needs, and operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
