As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting asset management decisions, and contributing to the overall performance of our hospitality assets. This on-site role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can navigate the complexities of the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial reports and market trends to assess asset performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategies for property enhancement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and financial forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders including property managers, finance teams, and external partners to gather and analyze data relevant to asset management.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on asset performance, market conditions, and ongoing projects to inform management and guide decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with financial and legal requirements, and assist in managing risks associated with asset management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry. Internships included.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry's standards and market dynamics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
