Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multifamily Asset Management Analyst based in Pasig. This night shift position focuses on overseeing multifamily asset performance, including financial analysis, renovation oversight, property operations, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with third-party property managers.

The analyst will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, managing renovation initiatives, supporting construction management efforts, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize asset performance and investment outcomes. The role requires close coordination with Senior Associates, Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment across the portfolio.

Compensation can go up to PHP 180,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications.

QualificationsExperience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in multifamily asset management or financial analysis, including work with third-party managers, construction management, unit renovations, property operations, and marketing
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in financial analysis with similar responsibilities
  • Solid hands-on experience managing renovation projects

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with related work experience in multifamily asset management

Skills & Attributes
  • Highly analytical with a strong KPI-driven approach
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage and direct the activities of supporting Senior Associates and/or Project Managers
  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset with the ability to make research-backed recommendations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deliverables
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a team-oriented mindset
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and ChatGPT
