We are seeking a dedicated and organized Information Technology Support Analyst to manage the scheduling of hardware assets. This role involves overseeing hardware requests from the Cast Member, to liaise with other EUC team members, to allow an appointment to be agreed with the Cast Member for delivery, installation, or collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilization of Service Now dashboard to drive upcoming requests to conclusion. This includes:
- New hires, Break fix replacements, Loan devices Refresh, additional devices, and peripherals
- The schedular is responsible to ensure that the total number of appointments in each region is manageable by their EUC colleagues.
- White time must also be a key part of the above, to ensure if needed EUC have the capability to schedule any urgent requests from Cast Members and Customer Management.
- Collaborate with all EUC teams (as above) to deploy assets promptly and within SLA / KPI.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. The scheduler role has many interfaces, including the EUC TC's, Imager, Logistics, Techs and Supervisors / Managers.
- Oversight of the end-to-end business need. Stock availability, stock picking, imaging, logistics to scheduling appointment with Cast Member.
- Excellent tool management. Service Now updates must be complete and accurate to allow success of this service, therefore attention to detail is key.
Key Skills:
- Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift and hybrid work arrangement in Pasay City.
- Minimum of 3 years experience of working with IT equipment and IT systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows and Office products.
- Experience with Asset Management & Ticket monitoring systems (Service Now).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite 365.
- Strong customer service skills (in-person and written).
- Effective communication skills (in-person and written).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
- Detail Oriented ensure admin activities are completed, follow direction and processes.
- Preferred experience in procurement management and purchase order tracking.
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes is a plus.
