Job Description

The ASPAC Solutions, Deployment & Implementation, Manager is responsible to support the project management of Global Service Finance projects regionally as well as globally. Such projects can include finance operating model, processes or technology.

Project Management

  • Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, supporting Operation teams as needed
  • Lead specific GS Finance projects where applicable
  • To complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
  • Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
  • Collaborator focus, adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
  • Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global
  • Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team, so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
  • Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
  • Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of working experience in Finance
  • Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired
  • Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
