JOB DESCRIPTION:

An ASP.NET Developer manages and supports existing applications. ASP.NET Developers are responsible for designing applications, maintaining performance, and analyzing requirements and functionality.

We are looking for an ASP.NET Developer to be responsible for designing and monitoring applications. The responsibilities of ASP.NET Developers include writing code, designing solutions for applications, and improving functionality.

To be successful as an ASP.NET Developer, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, high-quality coding skills, and the ability to manage your time efficiently. Ultimately, a top-notch ASP.NET developer should have superior knowledge of software development, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently.

Lastly, the Developer will work remote from home, and will report to a Manager based in the U.S. This job is part-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using the most updated and appropriate technologies
• Creating top-quality applications
• Designing and building application layers
• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines
• Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions
• Testing your outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order
• Improving functionality
• Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging
• Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience
• Using clients feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• Previous experience in web app development
• Extensive working knowledge of coding using .NET languages (C+, VB, .NET)
• Familiarity with ASP.NET framework and SQL servers
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills in English language, and collaboration skills with non-Filipino counterpart/s

• Okay to work on Eastern time zone (night shift PH time)
• Okay to work remote from home
