About this opportunity:
Are you passionate about procurement and vendor management Ericsson is looking for a skillful professional for Vendor Management. This role will focus on assuring optimum value at the procurement of resources and services across Service Lines from ASPs and FSOs, adhering to the related scope. Be a part of our team, providing valuable insights on supplier base in roll-outs and timely initiative on supplier performance issues. Monitor the application of correct contractual prices, and ensure supplier competence in OHS. Join us as we work on supplier evaluation and selection, are responsible for forecasting, and manage an ASP Operational Governance Framework.
What you will do:
- Sales phase and sourcing activities:
- Support solution engineering with ASP SoW and pricing
- Forecast ASP demand & lead technical evaluation of ASP candidates
- Support development of ASP selection criteria and secure required capacity
- Readiness and ASP Onboarding
- Develop and secure ASP competence and training plans
- Secure ASPs required licenses, tools, permits and OHS certification
- Secure ASPs are informed of WoW, processes, and performance requirements
- Governance and work allocations
- Secure that ASP performance KPIs measured continuously
- Establish ASP Operational and Internal Governance meetings to follow-up escalations and ASP performance.
- Responsible for raising discussion and actions in case deviation of procurement board decisions
- Ensure that all required licenses, permits and OHS certifications are up to date (monitor the expiration dates)
- Coordinate/collaborate with EHS and Sourcing teams in addressing OHS breaches such as but not limited to conducting consequence management and securing Root Cause Analysis from ASP.

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure productive engagements.
- Security expertise - Evaluate and ensure all vendor practices comply with organizational security protocols, such as data protection laws, cybersecurity frameworks, and access controls.
- Manage risk mitigation with vendors and ensure that all vendor activities comply with global and local standards.
Qualifications:
Strong focus on Vendor Management, compliance and safety.
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skill
University Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent
With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Manager and has worked/currently working for a telecommunications organization
Amenable to work in CDO/Davao
