I. About the Role – AI Developer
The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent algorithms to support our e-commerce school suite applications. This role involves translating complex data and business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance automation and generate meaningful insights.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models
- Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data processing and deployment
- Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure quality datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production
- Validate and monitor model performance to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Optimize existing models to improve efficiency and scalability
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
- Address complex challenges using AI to enhance user experience and operations
- Promote ethical AI practices, including data privacy and bias mitigation
- Prepare clear technical documentation and model specifications
III. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role
- Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI/ML projects and deployments
- Proficiency in Python, R, or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), big data tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and API integration is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
