We value skill, malleability, speed, and ownership. The right person can take a rough idea, ask smart questions, build a first version, and improve it quickly.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Product Builder who can turn business ideas into working tools.

You will build things like lead magnets, sales tools, internal dashboards, prospect research tools, reports, and small web apps. Some projects will be clear. Others will start as a loose idea and need you to figure out the simplest useful version.

This is not a role where every task comes with a perfect spec. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and good at turning it into something real.

You do not need to own every project forever, but you should be comfortable taking a smaller tool through the full first-release cycle: idea, plan, build, deploy, test, and improve.

Example Work

One type of project might be a lead magnet or sales tool for home services businesses.

The tool may take a few simple inputs from a business owner, combine them with public data, review their website and competitors, identify obvious marketing gaps, and produce a useful report or recommendation.

The exact product will change from project to project. What matters is the pattern: turn messy inputs into a clear output that helps someone make a better business decision.

What You'll Build

- Lead magnets and report generators

- Internal sales tools

- Prospect research tools

- Competitor comparison tools

- Website, SEO, and Google Ads recommendation tools

- Lightweight dashboards and small web apps

- PDF/report outputs

- Landing page mockups and prototypes

- API integrations with marketing, sales, and data tools

- Simple internal assistant or Slack-based tools when useful

What You'll Do

- Turn rough ideas into a practical first version.

- Ask good questions without getting stuck waiting for perfect requirements.

- Build frontend and backend pieces when needed.

- Use AI APIs where they make the product better.

- Pull data from websites, APIs, spreadsheets, and public sources.

- Create useful outputs: reports, dashboards, PDFs, prototypes, and recommendations.

- Deploy small tools to Vercel, Railway, or similar platforms.

- Debug issues, add logging, handle retries, and make tools reliable enough for real use.

- Help carry smaller projects from rough idea to usable first release when needed.

- Work with the team to decide what is worth building now and what can wait.

- MCP, RAG, Hermes, and OpenClaw where they fit the project

You Should Have

- Strong Python or TypeScript.

- Enough frontend and backend skill to build a usable product.

- Experience building real projects with AI APIs.

- Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.

- Experience connecting APIs, databases, and third-party tools.

- Ability to take a vague idea and turn it into a simple plan.

- Strong debugging skills.

- Clear written communication.

- High ownership and fast execution.

- Willingness to learn whatever tool is needed.

Nice To Have

- FastAPI, React, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Tailwind, Vercel, or Railway experience.

- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, keyword data, website crawling, lead generation, or cold outreach.

- Experience building reports, PDFs, dashboards, landing pages, or internal tools.

- Experience building tools with retries, rate limits, logs, and error handling.

- Experience with MCP, RAG, Hermes, OpenClaw, or similar AI tool/runtime patterns.

Screening Project

Expect a practical test project.

Example: build a small version of the lead magnet described above.

For example:

- Take a website, competitor website, service area, and marketing spend inputs.

- Pull or simulate relevant website/search data.

- Use AI to create a short opportunity analysis.

- Produce a simple report output.

- Explain what you built, what tradeoffs you made, and what you would improve next.

We are looking for speed, judgment, product sense, and the ability to ship a useful first version.
