Field Sales Supervisor!
Below Are The Responsibilities Of a FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
- Oversee assisgned dealer sales operations.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure dealer meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with dealer network.
- Supervise and lead a team of field sales representatives. (Provide coaching, training, and devt. opportunities to team)
- Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and must be able to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that sales processes and operations are efficient and effective.
- Will serve as liaison between dealers and other departments such as marketing, aftersales, etc. to facilitate effective communication within the team across departments.
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree in any Business or related fields.
- In a sales operations or dealer network support related role for at least 3-5 years.
- Has atleast 3 years of experience in automotive industry.
- Has broad understanding of sales techniques, process, strategies, and methodologies
- Excellent in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Strong knowledge of communication techniques for interacting with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Working pattern and location:
Join Date: March 2026
Employment Type: Full-time Employee
Work Location: On-site
Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Location:Lot 24 Blk 11 Commonwealth Brngy. Holy Spirit Quezon City, Chery Showroom.
