Job Description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (One for NCR/One for South Luzon)

About the role

With primary responsibility for our growing PPCA's automotive aftermarket business across their areas of best effort the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing our go to market approach and business planning for our tires, batteries and lubricant products.

Through effective relationship management the RSM will build and maintain relationships with our direct customers in both commercial and industrial section, and manage distributors and dealers located in their respective AOBEs.

Delivering innovative marketing and sales projects to increase sales, develop our value proposition to differentiate from other automotive aftermarket suppliers and be able to assist in the technical aspects for both customers, distributors and their assigned Sales Advisors.

Duties

Develop the strategy to increase commercial sales across agreed areas of best effort.

Manage, support and develop assigned Territory Managers to ensure that they are aligned with the overall objective and able to grow the tires, batteries and lubricants business in their assigned areas.

Create strong relationships with current and future customers

Initiate tactics to accelerate the adoptions of PPCAs brands to new customers, dealers and distributors.

Provide product expertise and support to our customers, create and manage the partner network, establish the performance criteria and manage the partner result.

Utilize understanding and familiarity of the assigned area market to identify competitive offerings, potential clients, key accounts and distributors.

Participate in group and team cadences to ensure communication, co-ordination and alignment of event and strategy

Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director for Sales and Marketing.

Skills & Experience

Degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) candidate is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience within sales, business and relationship management preferably in the tires, batteries and lubricants sector

Experience in managing and developing a sales team assigned under his/her area of best effort.

Proven ability in business development and customer focused solutions including new market development, customer-backed value-added solution selling and key account management.

Experience and knowledge in technical and commercial aspect of tires, batteries and lubricants.

Self-driven, team player, capable of working independently & remotely and ability to travel locally.
