We are looking for dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatological (hair and skincare) products to healthcare professionals in the Philippines.
Based in Cebu, the ideal candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Focus on hair and skincare products
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
- Product Training & Education: Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
- Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Assigned territory: Cebu, Iloilo, Davao and Cagayan de Oro (Visayas and Mindanao)
