Job Description
Achieve the overall area targets of Broadband and Mobile
Lead and develop BDEs to support and achieve the goals and target for Broadband and Mobile
Guide TDs and BBSPs to accelerate and grow their Broadband and Mobile business in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
Area Performance Management
Drives area business performance through strategic planning, effective execution, partner collaboration, and resource optimization to achieve revenue and acquisition targets
Partner and Business Strategy Execution
Drives area business performance through effective partner collaboration, operational excellence, and the execution of strategies and programs anchored on customer insights
Business Insights and Opportunity Identification
Analyzes retailer and sales performance metrics to uncover customer and channel opportunities, enabling targeted strategies and market growth
Partner Engagement and Market Execution
Leads partner and stakeholder engagement, ensures effective implementation of sales and trade programs, and drives channel execution to expand market visibility and achieve business targets
People Leadership and Development
Leads and develops the team by setting clear expectations, driving performance, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering engagement to build a strong and high-performing talent pool
