Job Description:

Responsible for the over-all direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Branch operations based on areaof responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and the standards of the company; including hiring and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; and addressing complaints and resolving problems,

Job Specification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• With extensive experience in cargo and remittance operations gained from a forwarding/freight company
• Proficient in MS Applications: MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Willing to work inDadiangas West General Santos City, Mindanao (Office Location)

Working Conditions:

• Willing to work on extended working hours and travel as needed.
• Willing to travel during branch visits, meetings and other activities related to operations
