Qualifications
- With pleasing personality and good work ethics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Airline Cabin Management
- With 810 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, grooming, hospitality, or service operations (with at least 5 years in a senior management role)
- Proven track record in multi-store management, service quality assurance, and team development
- Strong financial acumen
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- With strong leadership and people skills
- Must be proficient in various office (ie. Slack, Microsoft Office) and operations software
- Analytical, strategic, dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
Job Purpose
To oversee the operations and performance of 1215 retail stores across diverse trade areas, ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer experience. The role involves leading store managers, implementing standardized processes, optimizing sales and profitability, and adapting strategies to the unique needs of each retail market.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Brand Alignment
- Ensures service excellence and customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
Operational Leadership
- Oversees the over-all operations of stores ensuring consistency in service quality, cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience
People Management & Training
- Provides leadership and guidance to managers and staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
Business Strategy and Growth
- Collaborate with top management to formulate and implement strategies for expanding the grooming service network.
- Develop operational models that optimize service quality, employee and independent contractor productivity, and overall profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing trade areas, aligning business objectives with market demand.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and drive sustainable business growth.
Financial & Resource Management
- Reviews and manages operational budgets, control costs, and optimizes resource allocation across stores.
- Monitors, reviews store-level revenue, expenses, drives profitability and recommends corrective measures, when necessary.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensures compliance with all government regulations governing the conduct of the business.
- Enforces strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols to protect employees, independent contractors and customers.
- Mitigates operational risks through preventive measures and proper crisis management procedures
