Role Description:

• Coordinates with sales, project team and satellite offices with the needs and requirements. Monitor and collates all reports.
• Updates and monitor client database and oversee manpower relation activities
• Monitoring and checking of DTR (daily time record)
• Handles day-day branch operation including but not limited to administrative and recruitment task
• Submit accurate daily report on time.

Qualifications:

• Much have bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field
• With excellent communication skills
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Excellent in MS Office and Excel worksheet
• Has people management skills
• Willing to be assigned in Gil Puyat Ave. Makati
• Can start Asap
• Willing to work on Saturday (Half-day)

Salary Range:

20,000 per month
