Job Description

Primary Function: As an Area Development Manager, you will achieve sales or volume growth rate targets and performance standards for in-store presence, operations, productivity, and service for the area. You will develop and deploy strategies, programs, and plans in growing the business of the area, distribution partners, and different trade segments, customers, or formats. The role includes owning and building the management capability and capacity development of the distributor, and acting as the official representative of the company in the area to build trade and customer goodwill.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Advanced or specialized training in Business or Marketing Management is an advantage
  • With at least 3 years of experience in a management position in Sales, and exposure to General Trade, preferably for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
  • Experience in Account Management is an advantage
  • With advanced skills in Conceptual Selling
  • Proficient in Distributor Management, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, Sales Management, and Data Analysis
  • Knowledgeable in developing Channel Marketing, Planning, and Financial Management
  • Willing to be based in South Luzon, North Luzon, Central Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
