ARCHITECTURAL STAFF (pooling)

• graduate of BS Architecture
• Knowledgeable with the latest Autocadd release, proficient in drafting works and technical detailing has an understanding in basic design codes and standards. Skilled in operating CADD, MS Word and spreadsheet software and be able to execute quality control and safety standards
• Prepares shop drawings and updates drafting works as required by project site and other graphical documents as needed.

• Preparation of Site Plans and Shop Drawings

1) Studies the specific or particular portions or sections of Plans for purpose of shop drawing and detailing

2) Prepares shop drawings and other drawings that may be needed as attachments to letters, RFIs, presentations, reports, work methodologies and submittals

• Preparation of Drawings and As-Built Plans

3) Updates plans and drawings as part of the As Built Drawings based on actual site conditions

4) Prepares other graphical documents that may be requested by the Project Architect, Project Superintendent or Project in Charge
