The overall in-charge of the architectural works of the project
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, and MEPFS works of the project
- Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting-out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Preferably licensed
Technical Competencies
- Proficient with construction activities sequence
- Expertise in reading and analyzing construction plans and drawings
- Proficient in computer aided design software
Skills Required
- Ability to effectively collaborate and provide clear instructions
- Ability to effectively manage sensitive situations and confidential information
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audience
