Salary: P50,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years experience with Architectural Drafting or related field.
- AU Drafting experience required.
- Drafting qualification (completed or in progress)
- Proficient in Archicad (Essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Solid understanding of residential construction and design principles
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately
- Familiarity with Australian building codes or drafting standards (Essential)
- Experience with other architectural software is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Exposure to international projects or standards is an advantage
