Role
Full-time, on-site in Antipolo.
You will work directly under the Design Director, leading the production of complete, buildable drawing sets and ensuring design intent is carried through to construction.
This is a documentation-heavy role within a design-build environment.
You will coordinate closely with:
- Design Director
- Operations / Project Manager
- Foreman
Responsibilities
- Produce and lead full architectural drawing sets
- Translate design into clear, buildable documentation
- Develop detailed drawings across all scales
- Coordinate with consultants and site conditions
- Work with the foreman to resolve on-site issues
- Maintain drawing accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure documentation aligns with project timelines
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (Philippines)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience producing full construction documents for built projects
- Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Rhino
- Strong understanding of construction and site coordination
