Assist Gt Design On Plan Review
Assist In Monitoring Progress Of Assigned Project.
Able To Do Test Fit
Able To Prepare And Compute Area Tabulation
Attends Design And Construction Meeting
Respond To Rfa/Rfi (If Applicable For 4ph Project)
Coordinate With Internal Stakeholders-Gt Design Management/Pd/Rcii Engineering
May Require To Conduct Periodic Site Visit.
PRC Licensed
Graduate Of Bachelors Degree In Architecture From Reputable School.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Architectural Design Firm (Excluding Apprenticeship) Preferably Designing/Handling Horizontal Housing Development.
Proficient In Autocad, Sketch Up, Lumion And Other 3d Rendering Softwares.
Proficient In Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word And Power Point).
Excellent In Oral And Written Communivcation Skills
Willing To Work In BGC/Pasay.
