Your Role:
As an AR/AP Coordinator, you will:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records of supplier income agreements and retail trading terms contracts.
• Monitor supplier income payments, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with finance for allocations.
• Ensure compliance with rebates, discounts, and retail promotional programs, escalating variances as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on promotional campaigns and reporting.
• Audit master trading term files and maintain organized documentation for compliance.
• Prepare reports on supplier income, rebates, collections, and ROI to support decision-making.
• Meet end-of-month deadlines for AR/AP reporting, supplier income, and analysis.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• Prior experience in invoice processing and collections.
• Strong background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and rebates.
• Working knowledge of financial ledgers and accounting principles.
• Experience in retail finance or supplier income management.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
• Financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Exposure to retail supplier income governance and rebate compliance.
• Experience coordinating retail promotions and marketing claims.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
