Job Purpose:
The HR Intern provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare documentation for new hires and assist with exit processes.
- General HR Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative assistance to HR team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
