Qualifications:

Graduate of an Engineering course or Real Estate Management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Licensed Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, but not required
With work experience in property appraisal is a plus
Willing to conduct field work and travel to various property locations

Job Description:

Conduct on-site inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in South Luzon
Gather and analyze relevant data such as property condition, location, and market trends
Prepare accurate and detailed appraisal reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Determine property values using appropriate valuation methods and tools
Verify legal documents, titles, and property ownership details
Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding appraisal requirements
Ensure timely submission of appraisal reports and updates
Maintain proper documentation and records of all appraised properties
Provide support in market research and property valuation studies
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned
