Appraiser

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering course or Real Estate Management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Licensed Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, but not required
• With work experience in property appraisal is a plus
• Willing to conduct field work and travel to various property locations

Job Description:

• Conduct on-site inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Davao and nearby areas
• Gather and analyze relevant data such as property condition, location, and market trends
• Prepare accurate and detailed appraisal reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Determine property values using appropriate valuation methods and tools
• Verify legal documents, titles, and property ownership details
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding appraisal requirements
• Ensure timely submission of appraisal reports and updates
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all appraised properties
• Provide support in market research and property valuation studies
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned
