Role: Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

We are hiring a remote Appointment Setter based in the Philippines.

Your main job is simple: cold call leads and book appointments for our sales team.

Week 1 Trial (Commission Only)

• Call 200 numbers per day
• Target: 2 successfully booked appointments per day
• You will be paid only for successfully set appointments during the 1st week trial

After Successful Trial

If you perform well in the first week, you will move to:

• Basic salary + commission
• Stable, long-term remote position
• Opportunity for higher earnings based on performance

Responsibilities

• Cold call provided lead lists daily
• Follow scripts and handle objections confidently
• Book qualified appointments
• Update call results accurately
• Meet daily call and appointment targets

Requirements

• Strong spoken English
• Good sales and communication skills
• Comfortable making 200 calls per day
• Self-motivated and reliable working remotely
• Previous cold calling experience preferred

Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)

• Experience cold calling for a marketing agency
• Experience in appointment setting / lead generation

Compensation

• Week 1: Commission only (per successful appointment)
• After trial: Base pay + commission
• Good performers can earn strong long-term income
