Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Team Leader to manage and scale our Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven leader who can motivate a remote sales team, drive pipeline growth, and ensure consistent achievement of targets. The position involves overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, and optimizing cold calling and appointment-setting processes.

This is a night shift role with a 10-hour work schedule, offering a salary of 30,000 PHP + performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a remote ISR team, ensuring high productivity and performance
  • Monitor and guide inbound and outbound cold-calling activities
  • Oversee lead generation and appointment booking processes
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve conversion rates
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales performance
  • Handle complex escalations and assist in closing high-value deals
  • Implement sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and best practices
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper pipeline management
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies within the team
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback

Job Requirements

  • 57 years of experience managing a remote sales or inside sales team
  • Proven experience in US cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Strong background in inside sales and pipeline management
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work a 10-hour night shift consistently
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
