About the Role

We are hiring a Restaurant Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand and strengthen our restaurant partner network across U.S. cities.

This is a fully remote role, supporting U.S. markets and working primarily during U.S. business hours. You will be responsible for outbound restaurant acquisition and partnership development a core growth lever for the company.

You'll work closely with Restaurant Operations, Account Management, and leadership to onboard high-quality restaurant partners and scale supply nationally.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to partnerships, and growth within a venture-backed marketplace business.

What You'll Do

Restaurant Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify and prospect restaurants in assigned U.S. markets
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Communicate Club Feast's value proposition clearly and confidently

Partnership Development

  • Qualify restaurants for platform fit
  • Close partnership agreements
  • Coordinate onboarding with Restaurant Operations teams

Pipeline & Market Execution

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Track outreach, conversions, and onboarding progress
  • Share market insights and restaurant feedback with leadership

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Successfully onboarding new restaurant partners
  • Building a reliable outbound pipeline
  • Understanding market-level supply needs
  • Becoming a trusted contributor to marketplace growth

Who You Are

  • Strong verbal and written English communicator
  • Comfortable selling and negotiating
  • Organized and persistent with follow-through
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or partnerships is a plus
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours
