Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Handle objections and build rapport with decision makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
Requirements
- Cold-calling experience is not required but preferred.
- Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
