We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by prospecting, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and research potential clients through various channels, including online directories, databases, and social media platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in cold calling, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through active listening, effective communication, and understanding their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary information to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry-related information to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
- Continuously improve personal performance through self-assessment, training, and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into appointments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
