Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by prospecting, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and research potential clients through various channels, including online directories, databases, and social media platforms.
  2. Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in cold calling, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
  3. Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through active listening, effective communication, and understanding their needs and pain points.
  4. Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  5. Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM software.
  7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary information to maximize conversion rates.
  8. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry-related information to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
  10. Continuously improve personal performance through self-assessment, training, and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into appointments.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  7. Self-motivated and target-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection positively.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  10. High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
