Job Description

MA Financial Group (FINSURE) is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Technology team in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila. This role is essential in supporting our growing mortgage aggregation business by providing technical assistance to brokers, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to broker queries and technical support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Manage incoming support requests, escalating complex issues to internal developers when necessary.
  • Remotely assist brokers with technical troubleshooting and system configurations.
  • Maintain records of broker issues and create a knowledge base for common resolutions.
  • Conduct system testing and assist in troubleshooting software updates.

Key Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Support or Application Support or Service Desk role.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage aggregation is a plus.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Banking & Finance are highly desirable.
  • Immediate Starter (desirable)
