Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves providing timely and effective support to ensure the smooth operation of software applications, collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and implement solutions that enhance overall system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide comprehensive support. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders. - Continuously update knowledge base and support documentation to improve team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Ability to work with various business system components and understand their interdependencies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Manila office.
